Book Club
Eimear and fellow coaches meet once a month in the Bestseller, Dawson’s Street for their coaching book club. This is the first life coaching book club set up in Ireland. Every month, one person nominates themselves to choose a book for all to read – they will review the book and the subject matter is discussed in depth. Realisations and learning outcomes come out of this. It is enjoyable to surround the like minded together – the core to core connection.
Walk & Talk
Eimear believes being out in the fresh air surrounded by Nature is super for the mind, body and soul.
Joining the benefits of both walking and life coaching in the form of walking coaching has a powerful effect on physical, mental and emotional health. In essence, walking is an excellent form of exercise, which not only improves physical health but also mental alertness, relaxation, insight and creativity.
